     * CONTEMPLATING SUICIDE *

In the course of life and human endeavor
There are those who are bright and even clever
With struggle and trouble…in despair is said
"My problems, my problems…I wish I were dead"

For those who are lucky…to hardly have tried
Forgetting their fortune, they gloat in their pride
In arrogance think, they are better than most
They bluster and brag…in every word, they boast

But pity the man, who with effort and plan
Determined, defeated, he's a mournful man
Dashed are his dreams…from this efforts, must run
Desperate, despondent, he would reach for a gun

When every thing's lost, when there's no place to turn
No place, where to hide…for success he does yearn
Such fear, no answer, or in that which is said
"My problems, my problems, I wish I were dead"

In life’s dilemma, one should lift up his head
For solutions aren't found, when your stone cold dead
Let sorrow be gone and find strength in your soul
False pride, cast away, may your essence be whole
